Why did it skip from lesson number 3099 to 4000?

Our system doesn’t allow us to re-use a v3ID (the lesson number), and every now and then a lesson for some reason does not want to publish, so we need to make a duplicate with a different number. It’s a limitation in our backend and it’s easier to fix by going to the next one in the sequence.
