I purchased a 6 month premium membership over 2 weeks ago at the end of my trial membership. My account has not been converted to a premium membership. I have sent 3 or 4 messages but have yet to receive a response. I was enjoying this website but now I am upset. The customer service is nonexistent. I am really disappointed.

I’m very sorry about your negative experience. Have you tried log out and log back in again on the website? Sometimes the system needs a refresh after the subscription is converted into a different status.
